How do I upgrade the firmware on my cameras?

Download the firmware .bin file for your specific camera.
Transfer the file onto an external USB drive (flash drive, thumb drive).
Plug the USB drive into an open USB port on your NVR.
Close the pop-up screen by right-clicking anywhere on the screen.
Go to the main menu and select Storage.
Select Record and click the “Off” button for the cameras you want to upgrade under the Mainstream.
Right-click to return to the main menu.
Click on the Camera at the bottom left of the screen.
Click on Registration/Camera List from the menu on the left.
Click on the upgrade/update tab at the top of the screen.
Checkmark the cameras to upgrade and click “file upgrade/update.”
Select the .bin file from the USB drive and click OK.
Wait for the cameras to upgrade and reboot.
Allow a few minutes for the cameras to reappear after rebooting.
Turn your recording back on in Storage.
