Open the panel on the side of the camera as illustrated below. The factory reset button is inside next to the SD Card slot.
Factory resetting your camera is done by pressing the small reset button and holding it down for 30 seconds while the camera is plugged into the POE-powered camera port that you ultimately want the camera to reside on. When you release the reset button the camera will reboot and automatically obtain an IP address, port assignment, and password from the NVR it is plugged into.
