Factory Reset MTB8110

There is a small notch at the bottom of the camera’s faceplate as illustrated in the image below. Use a small flat head screwdriver to carefully pry the faceplate off. The faceplate is lightly glued on so you will need to slowly work the plate off. Once you have removed the faceplate there are 4 screws that hold the lens on. Remove these four screws and carefully remove the front lens being careful not to damage the gasket. The reset button is located in the lower left underneath the motherboard as illustrated in the second image below. While the camera is still plugged in, press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds. The camera will reset to the factory defaults and should automatically be recognized by your NVR if it is plugged directly into the NVR. If the camera is plugged into a switch then you will need to perform a device search to add it and possibly modify the cameras IP address to match your default gateway.
