Remove the two screws holding on the small door on the underside of the camera. The factory reset button is inside.
Factory resetting your camera is done by pressing the small reset button on the motherboard of the camera and holding it down for 30 seconds while the camera is plugged into the POE-powered camera port that you ultimately want the camera to reside on. When you release the reset button the camera will reboot and automatically obtain an IP address, port assignment, and password from the NVR it is plugged into.
